The treatment begins - over an Ayurvedic cup of tea - with a diagnosis of your current internal and external stressors, of your nourishment behaviour, and other aspects of your lifestyle which might impact or imbalance your skin, spirit and body. Your aesthetician Magda has a holistic approach to beauty and she combines her passion for skin and Ayurvedic lifestyle in each of her treatments. Each appointment is wholly unique to the individual and uses MITTI`s high-performance and plant-based skincare collection in harmony with carefully selected techniques (massage and/or high-end devices) that deliver visible results, give your skin the GLOW and nourish it through vitamin and peptide infusions and a gemstone malachite masking ritual and re-set it to repair damage caused by blue light (from devices such as cell phones, TV and computer screens). An Ayurvedic face, neck and scalp massage with an individualised oil follows, to release tension from within. A subsequent infrared light therapy rejuvenating mask promotes cellular repair and renewal and increased blood circulation to minimise the appearance of fine lines while soothing any redness and irritation. During this time de-stressing pressure points on your feet are addressed to amplify results. You leave with a grounded sense of calm, you and your skin feeling rejuvenated and with a few Ayurvedic suggestions on how to bring more balance into your life.
